Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of EasyPulse's mobile app and web dashboard (together, the "Service"), operated by EasyPulse ("we," "us," "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who can use EasyPulse

EasyPulse is intended for use by sports teams, coaches, and their players. Players join a club using a join code provided by their coach; coach accounts are created directly by EasyPulse or by an existing coach at the same club. If you are under the age of majority in your location, your parent, guardian, or club is responsible for ensuring you're permitted to use the Service in accordance with applicable law.

2. Accounts

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at contact@weasypulse.tech if you believe your account has been compromised. Coaches are responsible for the accuracy of the roster and session information they create for their team.

3. Subscriptions and billing

EasyPulse is offered to clubs on a subscription basis, billed monthly or annually as selected at signup. Pricing in effect at the time of your subscription is available on our website. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the next billing date.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Access or attempt to access another club's data, or share your join code or login credentials outside your own team.
• Use the Service to harass, harm, or misrepresent information about another player or coach.
• Attempt to interfere with, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the Service.
• Use the Service for any purpose other than tracking your own team's wellness and practice planning.

5. Your content

Your club retains ownership of the roster, check-in, and session data you create in EasyPulse. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display that data solely to provide the Service to you. We do not claim ownership of your team's data and do not use it for any purpose beyond operating and improving EasyPulse.

6. Not medical advice

EasyPulse is a self-reported wellness tracking and session-planning tool. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Coaches and clubs remain solely responsible for medical decisions regarding any player, including responding appropriately to reported pain, injury, or other symptoms. You should not rely on EasyPulse as a substitute for professional medical judgment.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. We do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, EasyPulse and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to injuries, medical outcomes, or data loss. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, including unauthorized access attempts or misuse of another club's data.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, notify users directly.
